Vitamin D3, also known as the sunshine vitamin, is produced in the skin under the influence of sunlight. Many people, especially in colder climates, may not get enough.

Vitamin D3:

Composition: Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), olive oil (solvent).

Dosage:

• Children 1–4 years: 2 drops daily

• Children 5–10 years: 4 drops daily

• Adults: 6 drops daily
  (1 drop contains 5 mcg vitamin D3).
