- A contract;
- An agreed assignment.

Your personal data will be stored by Sanitas Verde for the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:
For the duration of the agreement and then only in the financial administration for up to 7 years.

Privacy by default

When processing personal data, Sanitas Verde assumes that 'No' is the default. Everywhere you ask for permission to process personal data or acceptance of the privacy policy, the answer should actively be 'Yes or ticked'.
When designing products and services, care is taken to ensure that personal data is properly protected. Sanitas Verde does not collect more personal data than necessary for the purpose of processing and does not retain it longer than necessary.

Online registration

In certain parts of our online services, such as in the Sanitas Verde webshop, you must first register online on our website. After registration, we save the user name you have chosen and the personal data you have provided. Sanitas Verde saves these data so that you do not have to fill them in every time, so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

Sanitas Verde will not provide data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if it is required by law. Processing online orders

When you place an online order with us, we use your personal data to process it. If necessary for proper handling, we may also provide your personal data to third parties, such as a regional office, partner and/or supplier.

Processing an order by e-mail

When we receive an order via e-mail containing personal data for the purpose of processing the order, we keep it for a fortnight to track any revocations or errors. After that, the e-mail will be deleted. The personal data given via the e-mail are further processed in the administration programme Snelstart. This data is kept for a maximum of seven years.

Lightspeed

Sanitas Verde uses Lightspeed to track how visitors use our website. We have entered into a processor's agreement with Lightspeed to make agreements on the handling of our data.

We take security measures and to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FROM (ONLINE) NEWSLETTER

Sanitas Verde offers an (online) newsletter through which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent.
If you fill in a contact form on the website or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept as long as is necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for it to be fully answered and processed. Personal data of subscribers are processed by Sanitas Verde for the following purpose(s):
- Informing the person by means of news releases;
- Informing the person through actions and themes;

Personal data of employees are processed by Sanitas Verde on behalf of the following objective(s):
Execution of the employment contract.

For the above objective(s), Sanitas Verde may request the following personal data from you:
- First name;
- Insertion;
- Last name;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail address;
- Date of birth;
- Salary details;
- Copy of ID;
- BSN number;

Your personal data will be stored by Sanitas Verde for the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:
For the period that one has a contract and thereafter only in the financial records for up to 7 years.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

We may provide the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for carrying out the purposes described above.
For example, we use a third party for:
- Providing the internet environment of Sanitas Verde Webshop;
- Taking care of the (financial) administration
Taking care of the (sales) administration;
We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. Naturally, we make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data.
Furthermore, we will not provide the data you provide to other parties, unless required and permitted by law.

Sanitas Verde provides data for the purposes described above. This exclusively on behalf of the customer. Sanitas Verde minimizes the personal data in the documentation.

Minors

Sanitas Verde only works with adults who are authorised to order products on behalf of an organisation. If the case or exception, we only process personal data of minors (persons younger than 16 years) if written consent has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

CUSTODY

Sanitas Verde does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. See sub-paragraph rights regarding data for further explanation.

SECURITY

Sanitas Verde has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data about you from unlawful processing, for example, we have taken the following measures;
