What is an oxidant?
An oxidant is a creamy hair lightener used together with bleaching powder. Alone, it has no effect. Our specially formulated oxidant cream ensures safe lightening when mixed with our bleaching powder. It also enhances the longevity of hair dye when added to hair color.
How to use Oxidant Cream:
Place the bleaching powder in a non-metal bowl and gradually add the oxidant cream. Mix with a non-metal spoon until smooth. For best results, add Oil Plex Protector and mix. Apply immediately with a brush.
Check hair every 5 minutes.
Wash hair with shampoo once the desired tone is reached. Maximum processing time is 50 minutes.
What else does an oxidizing agent do?
It lightens dark hair, activates hair dye, and helps color penetrate the hair. It can partially cover gray hair, dye hair in the same tone, and lighten hair by 1–2 shades.
