Directions:

1. Place desired amount of bleaching powder in a non-metallic bowl.

2. Add 60 ml (9%) oxidizing cream to 30 g powder (1:2 ratio).

3. Mix to a creamy consistency.

4. Add Oil Plex Protector & mix again.

5. Apply evenly on dry, unwashed hair with a brush.

6. Check every 5 minutes.

7. Rinse thoroughly with shampoo once the desired shade is reached.
