Arnica (Arnica montana) tincture is a traditional herbal extract that supports muscle and joint recovery after physical activity.*
Its natural compounds – including sesquiterpene lactones, flavonoids and essential oils – promote circulation, ease stiffness, and support skin healing after bruises or minor injuries.*

Composition per 1 ml:

• Arnica flower extract 500 mg

• Ethanol (45%)

• Purified water

Ingredients:
Arnica flower extract, alcohol (organic), purified water.
100% natural, free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Usage:
For external use: Apply diluted to the skin or use as a compress.
For internal use: Only under professional guidance, 10–15 drops 1–3 times daily diluted in water.
Do not apply to open wounds or damaged skin.

Warnings:
Do not use if allergic to Asteraceae (daisy family).
Avoid during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a healthcare provider.
