CalmCare is a carefully formulated blend of twelve herbs, including valerian (Valeriana wallichii), bacopa monnieri and ashwagandha (Withania somnifera). These plants have been part of Ayurveda and other herbal traditions for centuries.
Each capsule provides a balanced mix of plant extracts and is fully plant-based.
Composition (per capsule): Acorus calamus (25 mg), Alpinia galanga (25 mg), Bacopa monnieri (25 mg), Bambusa bambos (25 mg), Celastrus paniculatus (50 mg), Convolvulus alsinoides (50 mg), Myristica fragrans (50 mg), Nardostachys jatamansi (50 mg), Ocimum sanctum (25 mg), Valeriana wallichii (100 mg), Withania somnifera (25 mg), microcrystalline cellulose, rice concentrate, rice hull concentrate.
Content: 60 vegetarian capsules.
Recommended use:
Adults: 1 capsule 3× daily with water, preferably with a meal.
Children:
10–20 kg: 1 capsule per day
20–30 kg: 2 capsules per day
from 30 kg: 3 capsules per day
